Reverse Prints

I've been spending quite a bit of time lately unmounting my wood mount SU sets.  I now have all of my flower sets unmounted and stored in SU's DVD boxes.  (And no, I'm not going to tell you how many I have unmounted!)  I can't unmount any more sets until I replenish my supply of boxes.  If you know of a cheap source of clear DVD boxes like the ones SU sells, please leave a comment below with the information - thanks!

Anyway, while unmounting stamp sets, I was rediscovered some favorites that I had forgotten about.  So I put some of these favorite sets off to the side to use before placing them back on the shelves.  "Reverse Prints" is one of the sets I wanted to play with again.

On ivory card stock I stamped the image with Elegant Eggplant ink and matted the image with the same color card stock.  I used EE for the card base as well and layered on some "Autumn Traditons" DSP.  A row of paper piercing can be found just under the striped DSP panel.  The sentiment is from the set "Happy Harmony" and was stamped with black ink. An EE punched oval was folded over the DSP layer and is held in place with a brad.

Off to stamp some more!

The orange and blue are wonderful together Paige! And I like the tab with your tiny butterfly brad!

Very pretty, Paige! Like the DP too!
I know what you mean - I'm un-mounting mine and finding all sorts of goodies I forgot I had!

And such a beautiful rediscovered stamp!! I have yet to take the plunge to unmount all of my old sets... You might check at a office supply store or Wal-Mart for the cases.

C'mon Paige...spill the beans! I want to know how many sets you have unmounted. i thought about doing this myself. I heard that uline.com has dvd cases...I'm sure you saves on ooodles of storage this way. What are you doing with all of the wood blocks though??

Your card is beautiful! Love the color combo and the stripes. :)

Fabulous colors on this great card, Paige.

I ordered my DVD boxes from Checkout Store.Com. They are 80 cents each if you order 100.
