Holly Jolly CC: Tic Tac Toe!

 We have a game of Tic Tac Toe for our challenge this week at Holly Jolly Christmas Challenges.  You can find the game board on our challenge blog.

I chose the top row going across the game board to use these elements: ribbon, charms, designer paper.
