The image was colored with Copics and fussy cut and popped up with dimensionals . I embellished with a doily and Baker's twine. Two border punches were used on riding hood Red card stock: scallop and a small heart border punch. The maker of the patterned paper is unknown to me. Thanks for stopping by!
