The front of the card features three snowflake embellishments and a gift tag made from wood veneer and felt.

The inside of the card features the same patterned paper that was used on the front of the card, a top Note die cut, and a silver snowflake embellishment.

Matchbox Gift Card Holders

Santa is putting gift cards in my children's stockings this year and I helped him out by making  cute little packages to put them in.

I mostly followed this tutorial on You Tube.  I added some ribbon behind the lining of the bottom of the box to tie the card in place with a bow.

Tri-shutter Christmas Cards

These are the Christmas cards I made for my family this year.  I used a Sizzix die to cut the card bases and then used various paper pads and embellishments to complete the cards.

Christmas Cards From a Kit

I bought a Christmas card kit a few months ago and saved for when my mojo was lacking.  The time was right to put the 25 cards together!  I'll show you a sampling of what I did.  The kit came with printed card bases, chipboard pieces, letters, rhinestones, ribbon, and images.  Rather than follow the layout, I made my own designs.  I also used my own ribbon and in some cases added my own stickers and additional rhinestones.

Snowman ATCs

I made these ATCs for a swap on Splitcoaststampers.

The ATC has a white chipboard base and kraft and white snowflake patterned paper on the back.  The front of the ATC has a layer of kraft paper that was embossed with a Swiss Dots embossing folder.  The image is from SU and was stamped with Crumb Cake ink.  I popped it up with foam tape.  In the upper corner are three wood veneer snowflakes with rhinestones added to their centers.  The larger snowflake was purchased at Target in the Christmas gift wrap section.  It came in a cute tiny wooden crate with snowflakes and trees.  The smaller snowflakes were purchased at a TJ Maxx store.

Christmas Nugget Boxes

I made several of these nugget boxes for our Christmas party favors .  Each one holds seven Hershey nuggets, which i covered with foil paper and embellished with dimensional stickers.  I used a paper pad I purchased at Hobby Lobby. It was kraft paper with holiday designs and colors on it.  I made a belly band from anohter pattern ofrom the same paper pad and added an Anna Griffin gift tag and buttons or other embellishments.  They were quick and easy to make and are very festive.  I followed this tutorial here on You Tube.

Christmas ATCs

These three ATCs were made for a swap I joined on You Tube.  We were to make them Christmas or winter themed and include a snowflake and/or bell on each one.  I used patterned paper from a Martha Stewart pad: Cottage Christmas over white chipboard.  The fronts and backs are covered with the reverse pattern of each paper.  The edges of each ATC were covered with Stickles.  Patina, Xmas Red, and Icicle were used.

Top ATC:
Features gingerbread buttons (shanks removed) on Baker's Twine.  Paper lace (SU) and blingy snowflakes and red heart-shaped rhinestones.  The sentiment is from A Muse.  three of the corners were rounded.

Left ATC:
Features a felt flurry (SU), a flattened bottle cap with an enamel sticker of a cardinal on a pine branch encircled with red Stickles.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts. A tiny glittered bird brad (Making Memories) was added.

Right ATC:
A snowman charm (received in a swap) with bead dangles added, including a tiny jingle bell and a snowflake charm.  Three button snowflakes (shanks removed) are embellished with Stickles.  Sentiment is from A Muse and was punched out and layered using SU punches.

Christmas Prima Doll Tag

I'm in a swap on Splitcoaststampers where we were to dress a Prima Doll for Christmas.  I used two different kraft paper pads purchased at Hobby Lobby for the doll and tag.  The wreath is a Spellbinders die.  The berries are colored with Stickles.  The dolls hair (colored with Copics), dress and headband are paper pieced.  A holly brad sits at her waist.  Red satin bows were added to her hair and to the wreath.  Red rhinestones were added to her shoes.  Seam binding and Baker's Twine are tied at the top of the tag.  The doll is popped up with foam tape.

Christmas Roundabout Card Swap

These are the three cards I made from the card kits received from my three partners.  I hope they like what I did with the contents of their card kits!

For this card I used the patterned paper and ornaments from the card kit and placed them on a white card base.  The bottom ornament has a paper clip cut to resemble an ornament hanger.  Baker's Twine is tied around the top.  This one was popped up with foam tape.  I added my own rub on sentiment.  Difficult to see, but it says Merry Christmas.

I colored the image from this kit with Copics.  The hat and scarf are paper pieced.  The background is strips of patterned paper layered on ribbon.  There is a rhinestone in the center of the popped up snowflake.  The inside of the card has a layered sentiment.

The patterned paper on the lower halof of this card is glittered.  The top portion of the front panel is embossed.  The layered image was colored with Copics and is popped up with foam tape.  A tag shape was cut from patterned paper and Baker's Twine was added.

The sentiment is layered onto a scrap of the patterned paper.  A candy cane was cut out from a scrap and added.
